went to xinhua bookstore today, the largest branch in wuxi. three levels, nice place... i mean... it is always good to be with those nice books. i took a tour around the three level first and then spent much of the time at the base level.

found some jimi's comics.. hehe, but they were placed somewhere in a small corner.. but can see many of them have been flipped through for many times... in china the bookstores are more like libraries, as most people just read the book there... they won't buy it until they've read about hundred pages, hehe.

and i found tkd books....woo... bought one on sparring and also browse through the pattern one... but the patterns are different from what we do in singapore... do didn't bother to waste that money, hehe, and also get another book on how to play badminton. then spent quite a lot of time reading a book on the tricks and strategies in 3 vs 3 half court basketball games... hmm, first time i realised such books are interesting... more because they got pics to illustrate.... and i nearly practised the stepping, etc in the bookstore...

wanted to find the novel version for jin1 fen3 shi4 jia4, a popular drama series in china now... hmm, didn't have the luck, partly i don't know how they sort the books... anyway maybe they just put them anywhere they like... but found xun yi cao and qiang wei zhi lian.. hehe, but didn't bother to read. instead i read some internet romance stories.. hehe.. also browsed through some school-life novels, but didn't realised they are a bit thin, even the han han's novels... i need a thick book to make me occupied.

in the end i bought 4 books for about 70 rmb... hehe, even saw david beckham's autobiography... so ugly...
